Sarah is registered as a psychologist with the psychology board of Australia with a specialist endorsement in clinical psychology. She is also a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association.
Sarah has worked in the public and private sectors since first registering as a psychologist in 2008. She has worked in private practice and community mental health providing outpatient services and in private and public hospitals. In addition to working with individuals (providing assessment and therapy), Sarah has extensive experience facilitating group therapy for a range of presentations.
Sarah works with adults and young adults with a range of psychological presentations, including difficulties associated with mood (anxiety and depression), stress and coping, and trauma. Sarah enjoys working collaboratively with clients to help them develop greater self awareness, develop positive ways of coping, and help them achieve their goals. She works from evidenced based interventions and has an interest in CBT, DBT, schema therapy, mindfulness based therapy, and has recently attended training in EMDR.
