Carol Smith
Carol Smith has over sixteen years experience working with a wide variety of psychological issues.
She has been in private practice for over eight years and also currently works at Princess Margaret Hospital
as part of the Eating disorders Team. She regularly lectures at the University of Western Australia at a Masters level,
and is working on her own PhD in the area of eating disorders.
Carol also has specialist Masters qualifications in child and adolescent psychology obtained at Melbourne University.
In working with adults Carol has a special interest in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.
Carol thinks that her greatest achievement is raising her two children with her husband Warwick.
Asdis Olafsdottir
Asdis Graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 1993 and since that time has worked with
children, adolescents and their families. She has three teenage sons and has worked in
Norway, Iceland and Australia. Asdis has experience in a wide range of areas including anxiety,
depression, behavioural problems eating disorders and self harm. She also works with adults
and has a special interest in how health issues interact with psychological problems.
Asdis has immigrated to three different countries so adjustment to a new culture has
always been one of her interests.
Robyn Bett
Since Graduating with MA Applied Psychology (Clinical), Robyn has worked with children
and adolescents in community agencies and private practice for the past eight years.
She combines this work with Lecturing in the Masters Psychology Course at Murdoch
University, and is interested in anxiety disorders in children and adults.
